Straight answers

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are torn off and re-covered in one to two days. Complex rooflines, tile, or metal can run three to five. We give you the number in writing before we start.

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes. Any contractor offering to waive or absorb your insurance deductible is asking you to commit fraud, and it's illegal in most states. We'll never propose it.

Can you just repair it instead of replacing it?

Often, yes — and we'll say so. If the deck is sound and the damage is localized, a repair is the right call. We only recommend replacement when the numbers actually support it.

What does the warranty cover?

Two layers: the manufacturer covers the materials, and we cover our workmanship for 10 years. Both are transferable if you sell the house.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — financing options are available for larger projects. We'll walk you through what's on offer and show you the monthly figure next to the total price so there are no surprises.

Will you work with my insurance company?

We do it every week. We document the damage, submit in the format adjusters expect, and meet them on site. You stay the decision-maker throughout.
