Foam roofing & elastomeric coatings

The desert's workhorse: seamless, self-flashing, insulating, and the only roof you renew instead of replace. The whole game is the recoat schedule.

01

How the system works

Polyurethane foam sprays on as liquid and expands into one continuous deck — no seams, no fasteners, self-flashed around every vent and parapet. The elastomeric topcoat over it is the wear layer that takes the UV.

02

The renewal cycle

Recoat before the topcoat wears through and the foam beneath never ages. Miss the window and UV eats into the foam itself — then it saturates, and a cheap recoat becomes an expensive tear-off. Timing is the entire economics of this roof.

03

What it does to your power bill

Bright white reflectivity plus real R-value in the foam itself. On a Phoenix low-slope in July, that's not a rounding error.

04

Repairs are genuinely simple

Hail pitting and mechanical damage cut out and refill. Most of the before-and-afters on our work page are exactly this — restoration instead of replacement.

The honest bit

Foam only fails when it's forgotten. Put the recoat on a calendar and this is the cheapest roof you'll ever own; ignore it for a decade and it's a tear-off like anything else. We offer inspection reminders for exactly that reason.

  1. Elastomeric topcoat

Granulated, and the wear layer that takes the UV. Recoat this and the foam never ages.

  2. Base coat

A contrasting colour under the topcoat — once it shows through, the recoat is due.

  3. Polyurethane foam

Sprayed in passes into one continuous layer. No seams, no fasteners, self-flashing.

  4. Substrate

Foam goes over the existing deck — no tear-off.

The only system on this site you renew instead of replace — provided the topcoat is recoated before UV reaches the foam beneath it.

Spray foam & coatings built for the desert

Arizona’s intense sun, extreme temperatures, and seasonal monsoon storms can take a serious toll on your roof. Our spray polyurethane foam and protective roof-coating systems create a seamless, energy-efficient barrier designed to withstand the demands of the desert climate.

Spray foam conforms to the shape of your roof, sealing cracks, gaps, penetrations, and other vulnerable areas where leaks commonly develop. A durable reflective coating is then applied to protect the foam from UV exposure, moisture, and everyday wear. The finished system helps reduce heat transfer, improve indoor comfort, and extend the service life of your roof.

Benefits of spray foam & coating

  • Seamless protection with fewer areas where water can enter
  • Excellent insulation for improved energy efficiency
  • Reflective protection against Arizona’s intense UV exposure
  • Effective drainage improvements for many flat and low-slope roofs
  • Lightweight application over many suitable existing roof systems
  • Repairable, renewable, and easier to maintain over time

QuestionsSpray foam & coatings

Asked often

How do I know when it needs recoating?

Chalking, thinning, and grey or tan showing through the white are the early signs. We check coating condition free — a ten-minute look that can save you a tear-off.

Can you foam over my old flat roof?

Often yes, over sound existing decks — which skips the tear-off entirely. We core-sample first to make sure there's no trapped moisture underneath.
