Roofs we've put on, and what each one took

Every job below started with the same free inspection. Photos of your own roof — before, during and after — get handed to you at the final walkthrough.

Flat roofs, three systems

Low-slope work is where money either gets spent well or gets wasted. Two of these three were saved without a tear-off. The third had gone too far, and we said so.

TPO storm repair

Wind got under a seam and buckled it, and debris punched two holes through the field near the drain. Everything else on the roof was still serviceable.

Seam reopened and re-welded, punctures patched with matching membrane, drain area re-detailed. A repair, not a re-roof.

Modified bitumen replacement

This one was past saving. Seams lifted across the field, blistering through the cap sheet, and water still standing well after the last rain. Patching it would have been throwing good money after bad.

Full tear-off and a new granulated cap sheet, with drainage corrected so water actually leaves the roof.

The same foam roof after a full elastomeric restoration, bright white and seamless Flat foam roof with hail pitting, peeling coating and standing water at the parapet Before After

Foam restoration, start to finish

Hail pitting across the field, coating peeling back in sheets, and water standing at the parapet. The foam was still sound underneath, which is the only reason this was a restoration instead of a replacement.

Washed, primed, pitting filled, then a full elastomeric coat carried up the parapets and around every penetration.

Hail-damaged foam, restored

Every one of those pockmarks is a hail strike that broke the coating and exposed raw foam. Once foam is open to UV and water it degrades quickly, so this is a job with a deadline on it.

Damaged foam cut out and refilled, field cleaned and primed, then a full elastomeric restoration coat. Documented throughout for the claim.

FinishedCoatings

What a finished coating looks like

No seams, no fasteners, no flashing to lift. The coating runs up every parapet, around every vent and curb, and over the whole field as one continuous surface.
